Martin began micro-roasting roasting coffee in 1996 when he opened his first shop in Columbus, Ohio. After growing that business into 5 locations, he moved on to large scale commercial roasting where he continued to refine his roasting skills. “Diner coffee doesn’t take much effort, but roasting something truly worth drinking takes years of study and experience.” Every batch of 2 Queens coffee starts with the best green beans hand selected by Martin and roasted to absolute perfection. “I spend hours sampling, blending and experimenting.
